As principal strategist, planner and implementer, I seek to engage the multi-faceted energy, talent and skills of GMP’s team with the personalities, cultures and goals of our clients to ensure the growth and success of each partnership.

What inspires you?

What inspires me are being surrounded by those who take something ordinary and make it extraordinary.

In her role as Partner/Owner, JoAnn oversees the internal operations of GMP as well as new business development.

JoAnn has 30 years of experience working with state, national and international associations.

As a Consulting Director, she oversees and provides guidance to the Executive Directors who serve GMP clients.  JoAnn also delivers hands-on client work as Executive Director of the Organization for Human Brain Mapping.

JoAnn is involved with professional organizations including the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Associations North and the Association Management Companies Institute (AMCI).  JoAnn earned her Certified Meeting Professional distinction in 1993.

JoAnn has an intimate knowledge of volunteer organizations as she was founder and Board Secretary of the Andover Huskies Youth Hockey Association and served as President of the Andover Area Lacrosse Association during their formative years.

JoAnn holds a Bachelor’s of Human Services with a minor in Training and Adult Education.
