Q&A

What do you really do at work?
In my role of Strategic Controller, my responsibilities are not only to “crunch” the numbers in a timely and accurate fashion, but to interpret the results in order to serve as a resource for the Partners, Executive Directors, Client Leadership and all GMP personnel.  During the day, you may find me wearing many “hats”; inputting data, producing reports, writing or clarifying policies and procedures, analyzing capabilities of software systems, working with auditors, or forecasting results.

Describe your Perfect Day.
Horseback riding in the mountains with my wife, son, and his family followed up by a steak dinner and an excellent craft beer.

What’s your Superpower?
Tenacity: The ability to respond with determination and persistence while teaming with GMP’s staff and clients to capture the smallest detail and big picture thinking in order to clarify and resolve opportunities for improvement.

What’s your life motto?
If you want to go fast, go alone.  If you want to go far, go with others.

What inspires you?
People and stories that encourage others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more.
