What do you really do at work?
In the position of Chief Operating Officer, I believe dynamic operations management must be both responsive to change and lead in the necessary transformation to be sustainable. The position accomplishes this through a respective, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company. I ensure that GMP has the proper operational controls to effectively grow the organization and to maintain financial efficiency and operating strength.
Describe your Perfect Day.
I begin my day with a hot latte and listening to inspirational podcasts. I enjoy watching all kind of movie genres or reading a great novel. I also enjoy our natural environment. It allows me to find a fulfillment within myself.

She brings over 25 years of leadership that includes healthcare operations, community health, hospitality and property management. When not working, she reaps personal fulfillment volunteering at local neighborhood communities. She also has a passion for health and fitness.
