What do you really do at work?
As a Senior Accountant, I assist the controller with financial information to create monthly and yearly financial reports. On a daily basis I enter financial data to reconcile the monthly bank statement for the clients’ individual multiple bank accounts and investment accounts.
Describe your Perfect Day.
A hot sunny summer day at a water park having a cook-out with all of my grandchildren.

The Inspirer: Receiving and releasing knowledge from one another when each individual knows their purpose and who have confidence and not afraid to release it to others.

What inspires you?
I am inspired by knowing that every day is a new opportunity to gain knowledge from those that I work with being that from managements or colleagues.
Her Story:
Cynthia received her initial training in accounting from her older sister who was a senior bookkeeper. She would go to the company that her sister worked for and helped accounting department with entering deposits and setting up new customers into their system. She became pretty good at it decided to go to business school for accounting. This initial training from her sister landed positions that built her career for the next 20 plus years.
Cynthia started with Global Management Partners in the summer of 2018 and has experience in accounting in the areas of AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation, Payroll, and General Ledger. She graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with an AAS in Accounting.
