Her Story:

JoAnn has 30 years of experience working with state, national and international associations.

In her role as Partner/Owner, JoAnn oversees the internal operations of GMP as well as new business development.

As a Consulting Director, she oversees and provides guidance to all who serve GMP clients. JoAnn also delivers hands-on client work as Executive Director of the International Society for Research in Human Milk & Lactation.

JoAnn is involved with professional organizations including the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) where she currently serves as Vice Chair of the ASAE AMC Advisory Board, Association Management Companies Institute (AMCI) where she serves on the AMCI Engagement Committee, and Associations North.

JoAnn has an intimate knowledge of volunteer organizations as she was founder and Board Secretary of the Andover Huskies Youth Hockey Association and served as President of the Andover Area Lacrosse Association during their formative years.

JoAnn holds a Bachelor’s of Human Services with a minor in Training and Adult Education.
