Her Story:

Nicole has 8 years of Customer Service experience, as well as 3 years of experience working with over 400 different clients.

In her role as Client Relations Manager, Nicole works to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients. She works with them to build strategies to overcome any challenges their business may face. Additionally, she communicates with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish and demonstrates how our company's product or service can help them meet these objectives and benefit their business.

Nicole is involved with professional organizations including the American Society of Neuroimaging, the American Society of Ophthalmic Trauma, and the PRE-hospital Stroke Treatment Organization.

Nicole has a long background with computer technology, website administration, and business communications. Her skills include problem solving, pro-activity, advertising, and multi-tasking.
