Meet Jason Roberts
About Jason
Jason brings over 25 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, military, and private sectors, with a strong track record in operations management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
Jason previously served as Executive Director of Academic Athlete, a nonprofit where he led multi-site educational and recreational programs in partnership with local school districts. He is also the founder of Echo Management Group, where he developed and scaled a multi-million-dollar enterprise and has held leadership roles in asset management and the U.S. Army National Guard.
Jason has a diverse educational background, including a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Change from Troy University.
He is married to his lovely wife of 29 years with 5 children and 2 grandchildren.

Describe your perfect day
My perfect work day is solving problems that exist within organizations. My perfect day outside work is sleeping in until 10 am, lunch with my wife, a little gaming afterwards, a great dinner at my favorite restaurant, and catching a movie!

What inspires you?
Freedom. People don’t realize how much it costs but the smile it puts on the faces of the people that get it inspires me to keep fighting for it.
