About Jenna
Originally from Waconia, Minnesota, Jenna is a 2019 graduate of Winona State University, where she studied Creative Digital Media and Film Studies and minored in Dance. Having grown up immersed in martial arts and dance, Jenna developed a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and expressive storytelling; elements that continue to inspire my creative work.
What do you really do for work?
In my role, I manage the organization’s general information inbox, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally while directing messages to the appropriate contacts when needed. I develop and distribute communications across multiple platforms, including social media and email, creating clear and engaging content that aligns with our organizational goals and brand voice. I also oversee registration for the annual conference hosted by OHBM, supporting attendees throughout the registration process, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with conference-related communications and logistics.
Describe your perfect day
My perfect day: a slow morning coffee on a sunny patio, laughter with friends and family, a little activity to get moving, Mexican food for dinner, and a cozy movie night to end it.
