About Emily
Emily is originally from Alaska but gave up the snow for the beaches of North Carolina.
While she misses the beauty she does not miss the cold…or shoveling snow. Emily has three dogs and four cats, which she lovingly refer to as The Zoo. There is never a dull moment at her house between them all.
What do you really do for work?
As the Senior Member Experience Specialist for PNS, I am the first
point of contact for answering inquiries from members.
Describe your perfect day
Sitting outside enjoying a good book while my dogs enjoy some fresh air.
Even though this is supposed to be a perfect day I would still have to knock out a few chores because
my guilty conscience wouldn’t allow me to sit around and do nothing all day. My evening would be
spent sharing a nice meal with my family recapping our day and spending time together
What's your superpower?
Being able to see the organization under the chaos. I love to organize messes, the bigger the better, they don’t intimidate me at all.
What's your life motto?
Don’t sweat the small stuff
What inspires you?
Learning new skills and being able to contribute to something meaningful, whether it be personally or professionally. Knowing that I was able to be a part of something bigger, or help someone when they needed it the most, inspires me to continue working towards being the best version of myself.
