About Jennifer
Jennifer is a Member Experience Specialist. Her background in engagement and communications has taught her the value of listening, empathy, creativity, and teamwork to build strong communities. She is driven by opportunities to improve processes, supporting her colleagues, and making her members feel seen and heard. She believes small details make a big impact.
Outside of work she enjoys cheering her kids on at their sporting events, traveling together, spending time with other family and friends, and giving back to the community.
What do you really do for work?
As a Member Experience Specialist I am responsible for supporting member engagement, communications, marketing efforts, collaborating with committees, and general support to activities in alignment with the PNS mission and objectives.
Describe your perfect day
A perfect day for me is spent with my family. I enjoy spending time with them, whether that is exploring or sitting around a fire. There is always reminiscing and laughter which is the best medicine!

Strong Communication, I always want those I am working with to feel seen and heard.
