Meet Marlo Russell
About Marlo
Marlo grew up in a small town in west Michigan and now lives on the east side right across from Canada. She attended Western Michigan University and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She started her career teaching 6th grade, and has held positions in Property Management, Sales, Healthcare Administration and Financial Management. Marlo has 2 girls ages 16 and 14. She loves to travel, play sports, read, and exist in warm weather.
What do you really do for work?
As the Membership and Communications Manager for ASIS&T, I focus on increasing membership and engagement. I work closely with many SIGs and Chapters, and oversee frequent publications that communicate with our membership.
Describe your perfect day
Wake up without an alarm – relax with coffee on my deck – walk near the water and watch Canadians – have dinner with family and friends.
