About Megan
Megan is a dynamic business and operations strategist with over 30 years of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. In the for-profit sector, she honed her financial oversight and business development skills through roles in banking and commercial equipment finance. In the nonprofit sector, she worked in member and donor development, fundraising, program development, and board governance.
Drawing from her varied experience, Megan supports organizations by driving success for nonprofits through the implementation of a for-profit mindset. Megan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bellevue University in Omaha NE
What do you really do for work?
As the Operations Director, I collaborate with our entire team to develop processes and procedures that help our clients achieve their missions and visions. I also work closely with new clients during their onboarding process, which allows me to learn more about their goals and objectives. This role is all about fostering strong relationships and driving success, making every day both fun and rewarding!
