Bremer Bank Merges with Old National – What It Means for GMP Clients

We want to inform our valued clients that Bremer Bank has officially merged with Old National Bank. As part of this transition, GMP will be updating our banking details to reflect new account numbers associated with Old National. We want to reassure you that no substantive changes will occur in our financial processes. All existing procedures, reporting, and service standards will remain consistent and uninterrupted. The only change you may notice is the update to our bank account information, which will be communicated securely and directly to those affected. We appreciate your continued trust and partnership, and we’re committed to ensuring a smooth transition with no disruption to your financial interactions with GMP. Communicating Association Pricing Changes with Clarity and Confidence

Adjusting pricing is never easy—but with the right approach, it can strengthen trust and reinforce member value. Here are three key strategies to help associations communicate pricing changes effectively:

1. Be Transparent and Provide Context
Members appreciate honesty. Clearly explain why the pricing change is necessary—whether it’s due to inflation, expanded services, or rising operational costs. Providing context helps members understand the rationale and see the bigger picture.

2. Use Multiple Communication Channels
Not everyone consumes information the same way. A multi-channel strategy ensures your message reaches members where they are. Consider:

  • Email Announcements with personalized messaging
  • Website FAQs to address common concerns
  • Social Media infographics or short videos
  • Live Q&A Sessions for real-time engagement

AI in Associations: Navigating Change with Confidence

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how associations operate, engage members, and plan for the future. As AI tools become more accessible, organizations are exploring new ways to enhance efficiency, personalize experiences, and make data-driven decisions.

According to ASAE’s latest Insight Update on AI in Associations, the transformation is well underway:

  • 87.5% of associations are using AI for content creation
  • 44.3% are leveraging AI for data analysis
  • 85.7% of leaders feel underprepared to manage AI’s impact
  • Top priorities include building staff capacity and developing organization-wide AI strategies
  • Concerns are growing around data security, privacy, and ethical governance
