What do you really do at work?
Learning, empowering, fun! In my role I focus on supporting our teams by developing resources, solutions, and processes. I also work with our clients to learn about their experience, needs and aspirations. Working with both our clients and teams creates strong partnerships, growth and opportunities.

Describe your Perfect Day.
It’s a day filled with great food and people. There’s sunshine, a really delicious cup of coffee, brunch outdoors with friends, and dinner with my family...and plenty of desserts!

What’s your Superpower?
Being able to see both the big picture and the details needed to bring an idea, strategy, or vision to creation.

What’s your life motto?

What inspires you?
Teamwork! I love being in a room where everyone is contributing, collaborating, and working together.

Her Story:

Dana Altendorf, M.A. is an organizational development professional with 10+ years of nonprofit and association leadership experience. She has worked in communications, fundraising, board governance, event management, program development, and strategic planning.

She draws from her breadth of experience and education to support organizations in building strategies, facilitation, and team engagement. Dana has a Master of Arts in organization development and change from University of St. Thomas and a certificate in fund raising management from Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She also currently serves as the Board Chair of North Dakota Leadership Seminar.
