Noelle McComb Simonson

Q&A

What do you really do at work?
As the Director of Meetings and Engagement, I create communications to engage and keep our members informed, work alongside committees to keep their efforts moving forward, and manage membership and the growth of the association.

Along with ongoing projects and planning meetings, I am focused on providing the best possible customer service for the association and its members.

Describe your Perfect Day.
Sleep in. Enjoy a cup of coffee (or three) in my pajamas. Eat brunch out followed by a walk around one of the lakes with my husband and pup. Stop at a local brewery for a mid-day refreshment. Have dinner at a restaurant of my choosing, most likely somewhere that serves pasta or tacos. Get back in pajamas for an evening of Netflix binging.

What’s your Superpower?
Organization…you should see my lists.

What’s your life motto?
Never leave a cat or dog unpet. Never pass up a good deal. Always check the coupons.

What inspires you?
The opportunity to make a positive difference for someone and for the world.
